Disadvantaged Seniors' Financial Assistance Programs
- Disadvantaged Senior Assistance Program-Actively Dying
- RLOVE will pay up to the full cost of Room & Board for a short term stay (30 days or less) at a RLOVE contracted licensed RCFE.
- (1)Eligible patients must be actively dying upon discharge from hospital.
- (2)Must be Medicare eligible.
- (3)Patient or family must elect hospice.
- (4)Meet RLOVE's rules and guidelines with a completed assistance application.
